4 steaks (600 g.)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
50ml semi-skimmed milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Heat the oil in a pan, salt and pepper the steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes. If you want a little toasted, 4 minutes if you want moderate and 6 minutes if you want well done.
2 Remove the steaks and keep them warm. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
3 Add the milk and turn off the heat. Then add the mayonnaise and mix them well.
4 Serve immediately basting the steaks with the sauce.
5 Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables
