What we need:

1 large package of toast bread (rye)
2-3 pounds of spinach (for a large pan)
1/4 feta or ricotta
1 large onion
2-3 spring onions
1 green pepper
some olive oil
salt and pepper

How do we make it:
First clean the spinach and put it in a pot of refreshing water to boil and add salt.
In a baking dish (after lubricate it) put the slices of bread at the bottom.
Then cut it in half as many bread slices enough for the pan and form a “wall” inside the pan.
After boil the spinach, drain as much as possible and put it in a bowl.
Fry in a little oil the onion and pepper so equal browned.
Mix the spinach with all materials sautéed and if required put salt and pepper.
Pour the spinach over the slices of bread and spread well.
Slamming inward the slices as “wall” and press them. Finally rub over the slice.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
