Meatballs with tomato sauce from Tunisia

Aromatic meatballs in the pan with an onion tomato sauce. You can serve it with spaghetti! Children will love it.

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup. bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 pinch nutmeg
Mr 1/2. Teaspoon. onion powder
salt and pepper to your liking
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup. chopped onion
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch saffron
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch pepper
1/2 cup. tomato broth
1. Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, nutmeg, onion powder, salt, pepper, egg and very little water. Knead well.
2. Shape the mixture into shaped meatballs and fry them until they are golden brown.
3. In a saucepan put the oil to heat, add the onion sotaristei and tomatoes cooked briefly.
4. Add the meatballs and tomato broth, close the lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
