Ingredients
120 g. hazelnuts
200 g. Nutella
70 g. Wafers with cocoa cream filling
350 g. couverture milk

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175oC and place a parchment paper on a baking tray in the oven.

Spread hazelnuts and bake for 10 minutes.

After removing from the oven, set aside 25 hazelnuts and balances grind in multi.
Put the Nutella in a bowl and pour in half the ground hazelnuts.

Mix well with a spoon and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grind wafers and mix with the remaining ground hazelnuts. Put the mixture into a bowl.
With Nutella make balls which requires skill! No mold the balls by hand because you will not succeed in anything and become dirty! Take a teaspoon of nutella (fill the spoon), put in the middle a hazelnut (like those kept aside) and then with half teaspoon hazelnut cover with nutella (as that already exists in a teaspoon, no need to add another).
Pour the little ball into the mixture with the wafers again using two clean spoons to cover with the mixture while pressing lightly with spoons of giving a more spherical shape.
Work in this manner until nutella finished puting the balls in a large dish in which you have paved tinfoil.
Refrigerate for half an hour and in the meantime melt in a bain marie the dark chocolate.
Dip one by one the balls into the melted chocolate and using two teaspoons (furious with teaspoons!) The cover carefully with chocolate.
Dish chocolates in foil and leave to solidify the chocolate.
