Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate is the only sweet that is eaten all year round. Prepare bites of chocolate and served them to your guests as delicious truffles!

500 g. couverture
Two packets biscuits petit-beurre
1 1/2 cup milk
2 gelatin sheets
1 glass of brandy wine
3 tbsp powdered sugar
150 g. butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking method
1 Melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie.
2 Rub cookies in blender to make a uniform powder
3 Dissolve the gelatin in milk, after it got warm light
4 In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together and leave until the mixture stand
Take small amounts of the mixture and make balls
Rolling the balls on the truffle and place them in a container properly closed
