Chocolate panacotta

Recipe ingredients

For 2-4 persons

4 gelatin sheets, 150 ml whole milk, 150 ml cream, 4 tablespoons full of powdered chocolate or cocoa,


Allow the gelatin sheets to be soften in a small quantity of milk. Heat them and stirring them until get melted. Pour the milk, cream and cocoa in a small saucepan. Add gelatin. Stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves. The mixture should be hot but not boiling. Pour the mixture into 2 large molds or smaller. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.
