Incredible delicious homemade food with little fat and rich flavor.
6 chicken thighs
4 tbsp olive oil
1 dust. garlic
1 homemade refrigerator vegetable broth
1 package chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped parsley
freshly ground pepper
Heat the olive oil over high heat and brown the chicken thighs for 6′-7 ‘around. Add the garlic and chopped onion. Saute about 4’-5 ‘translucent onion. Add the eggplant, zucchini and potatoes. Saute about 4’-5 ‘and pour the tomato paste. The grate at the bottom of the pot and let it cook for 1 ‘. Add the chopped tomatoes and homemade vegetable broth and plenty of pepper rub. Lower heat, cover the pot and simmer the food for about 35’-40 ‘(low heat) until smooth good chicken. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Water is not put at all. The ingredients are boilt by the water of vegetables so heat should be low and the saucepan covered.
