Validated by the US Supreme Court law of President Barack Obama’s health insurance with six votes against three judges.

For the second time in three years, the top court in the country sided with the government, upholding the law that President Obama wants to leave as a legacy of his presidency.

The Supreme Court refused to remove a pillar of the law: a financial assistance aims to enable more poor people to obtain insurance.

The four progressive judges, supported by conservative Anthony Kennedy and John Roberts, rescued the text, considering that the annulment of the tax credit “would destabilize the market for individual insurance.”
