Johnny Depp sells his furnished villa where he lived with Paradis

The luxury villa in Var (southern France) where they housed their love the star of Hollywood Johnny Depp and actress and singer Vanessa Paradis, sold for the sum of 23 million euros, announced today the real network Sotheby’s Real Estate France.

The property is located 25 km from the port of Saint Tropez on the Cote d’Azur and is “a true village of Provence consisting of 12 buildings” and includes 1,000 square meters of inhabitable area and 150 acres of land, according to the description of the brokerage.

Off the main building, the property includes many guest houses, a chapel, a restaurant and bar, a workshop-garage, one house for the staff, a hunting pavilion, a playground, a gym, a professional kitchen.

There are two additional pools, a track skate as well as a showroom where Johnny Depp showed his works – in his spare time engaged in painting.

Johnny Depp bought the property in 2001 and will be sold “with many personal items inside”, which belong to him, “including a pirate suit,” the magazine Paris Match writes, which publishes photographs on its website.

The famous actor has decided to sell his property “in order to close this chapter in his life and open another. He hopes that someone else will enjoy the villa while he enjoyed ‘and that he would “provide the same happiness,” says the president of Sotheby’s Real Estate France, Alexander Kraft, the website of the broker.

Johnny Depp was a couple for 14 years with Vanessa Paradis, from 1998 to 2012 and had two children, Lily Rose and Jack.
